Installation

Additionally, the floor needs to be flat and smooth, so it is highly likely that you will need to latex or plyboard it prior to installation. The floor should also be dry since the underside of the Marmoleum will not be sealed and will react to any moisture. Furthermore, all joins need to be welded with colour matching weld to ensure that the waterproof capabilities of this natural flooring are not compromised.

Care & Maintenance

Once fitted, the Marmoleum floor, known for its eco-friendly flooring qualities, should be sealed using the recommended Marmoleum sealer. This step ensures it is waterproof and resistant to dirt ingress. Once sealed, maintaining your natural flooring is important, so the floor should be cleaned weekly with the Marmoleum cleaner.
