We're happy to move your furniture in order to facilitate the fitting of your new flooring should you wish. We can either move everything, or just the heavy items - whichever you prefer. Again, please ask for a price at the time of ordering
We always recommend fitting flooring underneath kitchen appliances, as it gives a better finish and reduces the risk of damage if you need to pull the item out. We are happy to do this for you as long as the product is not gas, or hard-wired in. Please ask for a price for this service.
A new carpet with new underlay will often be considerably thicker than the one it's replacing. Therefore, any doors into the room may need easing. We can carry out this service for you - please ask for details and prices.
We will always hoover your new carpet after installation, and remove all rubbish from site, as we want you to be totally happy with the end result.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, with the exception of AMEX and Diners Club.
We have revised our opening times to allow our customer's sole use of our showroom on Tuesday's & Thursday's. On these two days we will be open by appointment only
